WEST 8 Weeks Out — Weekly Builder

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

1 · Build initial file
2 · Prioritize + notes
3 · Redo colouring

Step 1 — Build initial file (for notes)

Upload this week's raw pulls and last week's final workbook. You get back the rebuilt workbook with a Code Notes tab to fill in.

Step 2 — Build prioritization + notes

Upload the Step 1 file after entering your New Notes, plus Upcoming Releases. Pulls G–J from Upcoming Releases, refreshes notes, drops codes no longer short, sets priority & release month, re-sorts, colours.

Step 3 — Redo colouring by priority

After you adjust the priority order, upload the workbook. Re-runs the two-pass colouring in the new order.

Colour rules: code green on first occurrence / black on repeats · notes red for CH & Payment, blue for Received. Rolling check drops raw-material rows where Context = MFPK, keeps packaging. The engine recalculates when Excel opens the file.
